About PEXY

An entire practice for one subject.

PEXY is Breast Surgery by Dr. Jaberi: a specialized aesthetic breast surgery practice built around individual choice, careful planning and honest conversation.

Why we exist

Breast surgery deserves its own kind of beautiful.

Breasts are personal. So are the reasons people consider changing them, or choose not to. Too much of the conversation around breast surgery is either clinical and cold, or glossy and pushy. PEXY is neither.

PEXY takes its name from the surgical suffix “-pexy”, meaning fixation or suspension (as in mastopexy, a breast lift). The practice itself is broader: augmentation, reduction, reshaping, implant revision and more, planned around your anatomy and goals. The name is a nod to the craft, not a promise of any particular technique or result.

How we work

Four promises.

Your choice

We never suggest that any size or shape is better, or that surgery is needed for confidence. Every patient is welcome whether considering augmentation, reduction, revision, or nothing at all.

Plain language

Risks, scars, recovery and limits are explained in words you do not need a medical degree to follow, and written down so you can take them home.

Honest planning

No guarantees of symmetry, invisible scars, a specific cup size or permanent results. We explain what surgery can and cannot do for your anatomy.

Time to decide

A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. You decide at your own pace, and a physical examination is required before any surgery is confirmed.

The room

Where we meet.

Consultations take place in person in Ottawa, with virtual consultations available for patients who live further away. Surgery takes place in an accredited surgical facility; details are confirmed at your consultation.

Your questions.
Your goals.
Your consultation.

A consultation is a conversation: your goals, your anatomy, your options and the honest trade-offs. Booking one is not booking surgery.
