Consultations, deposits and cancellations
A consultation is not a commitment to surgery. A $2,000 deposit reserves a surgery date; the balance is due three weeks before surgery. Late cancellation of a consultation (under 24 hours) may incur a $100 fee. Deposit terms are set out in your written quote. (CONFIRM before launch.)

Prices shown are starting figures in Canadian dollars before HST and may change. Your written quote governs.
