PEXY, breast surgery by Dr. Jaberi ("PEXY", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how this website handles personal information under applicable Canadian and Ontario law, including PIPEDA, PHIPA and CASL. It is a working draft to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

• Information you submit through the inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, procedure of interest, preferred contact method and your message.
• Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) in standard server logs. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Please do not send health information

The inquiry form and email are not intended for medical history, photographs or clinical questions. Share clinical information only through channels the clinic provides.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange consultations.
• To send administrative messages you have asked for. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

• Calendly for scheduling, which collects your name and email.
• Payment processor (secure portal) for deposits. We do not store card numbers.
• Beautifi and Medicard, independent financing providers with their own policies, if you choose to apply.
• Cloud hosting and form-processing services that securely handle submissions on our behalf.

Fonts are hosted on this site; no font requests are sent to third parties.

Retention and safeguards

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to pexymd@jaberiplasticsurgery.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
