Choose in person in Ottawa, or virtual if you live further away. Booking a consultation is not booking surgery, and no surgery is confirmed without an in-person examination.

Before you book: scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service that will collect your name and email to confirm your time. Please do not enter medical details or photographs when booking. See our privacy policy.

In person

Meet Dr. Jaberi in Ottawa for a conversation and, where appropriate, a physical examination.

Virtual

A video consultation for an initial conversation. An in-person examination is still required before surgery is confirmed.

Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $100 fee (CONFIRM). Prefer to talk first? Call 613-591-1188 or send an inquiry.

What happens next

You pick a time and receive a confirmation from Calendly.
You meet Dr. Jaberi to discuss goals, options, risks and costs.
If you decide to proceed, a $2,000 deposit reserves a surgery date; the balance is due three weeks before surgery.
